Nestled on the south west coast of Mahé, by the edge of the sea at Petit Barbarons overlooking the bay and the fishing village, The Bay View Villas is a premises of 6 bedroom villa with a pool and 3 self-catering apartments,just across The Maia Resort, a luxury 5 Star Resort.

• The BayView Villa - (6 Bedroom Villa)

The spacious 6 bedroom villa is built on 2 levels and offers  a maximum of comfort and complete privacy, perfect for a holiday with family or with friends. The villa has a large garden ideal for barbecues and for the kids to run around freely.The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms on groundfloor with fully equipped kitchen, dining room & a large common area opening on a huge verandah overlooking the pool, garden and bay offering a stunning view on the Indian Ocean and 1 Family Suite of 3 bedroom on the 1st floor with 1 bathroom and a common area which opens on a large balcony with breathtaking view. A maid service is provided from 8am - 4pm.

The BayView Villa is sold in 2 different ways:

1. Renting The Whole Villa For 12 Persons Maximum On Self Catering Basis
You can either hire the whole villa on self catering basis and have total privacy and novelty of having it all to your self.

2. By Individual Room On Bed & Breakfast or Half Board Basis:

Groundfloor:
1. Bayview Room (maximum 3 persons) :  A large master bedroom with ensuite bath boasting a jacuzzi & walk-in closet.
2. 2 Standard Rooms (maximum 2 persons per room) : both ensuite

1st Floor : A large family suite of 3 bedrooms taking maximum 6 persons.

• The 3 Self-Catering Apartments - "Your Personal Escape Holiday In Paradise"

The property consists also of 3 self-catering apartments selling only on self-catering basis. The 3 apartments have a common 100 sq meters gazebo ideal for relaxations and barbecue with a lovely 10 meters swimming pool. The apartments have their own private parking facilities and have fantastic view on the bay of Petit Barbarons and the surrounding moutain. The staff for each of the 3 apartments will assist you during your stay with cleaning,  cooking (basic meals) & washing up from 08h00 to 4pm. Above 4 pm a supplement of 6€uro is applicable per staff member for each additional hour.

• 1 Standard Apartment of 2 Bedroom - (Maximum 6 Adults Comfortably)

A deluxe spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level of the property overlooking the bay of Anse Boileau and the beach which is just 40 meters away. The apartment comprises of a spacious living room, large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including gas cooking facilities & BBQ grill on request and  2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

•      1 Executive Apartment of 2 Bedroom - (Maximum 6 Adults Comfortably)

An executive spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the upper level of the premises facing the ocean, offering a magnificient sea view with the beach only 40 meters away.  The executive apartment is equipped the same way as the standard apartment. The 2 bedrooms with each ensuite bathroom:

• 1 Apartment of 3 Bedrooms - (Maximum 6 Adults & 3 Children Comfortably)

Surrounded by a large beautifully landscaped garden, the large 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the bay and the mountains, comprise of a large private balcony, spacious executive living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including gas cooking facilitiesand BBQ Grill on request. There are a jacuzzi, a 10 meters swimming pool with a baby pool and a 100 square meters gazebo adding more charm to the 3 bedroom apartment.

Cable TV is provided in the living area as well as WIFI connection at the price of 5 €uro per day. The 3 bedrooms of the apartment contain room safe, hairdryer and their own private spacious bathroom.
