The objective of Connect Secyhelles is to put at the disposal of travellers, wishing to organise their trip by themselves, a guaranteed booking service by putting them in direct contact with tourism service entities, members of Connect Seychelles, and members of tourist associations duly recognised by the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation.

  1. PRICE
    The booking service is free. The prices indicated are the ceiling prices observed by tourism service entities in Seychelles according to the chosen formula.
    Prices are in Seychelles Rupees and will be converted according to prevailing exchange rates vis-à-vis the various European currencies at the time of booking.The rates of reference in our on-line reservation system is given in EURO then converted in other currencies ( U$dollars, pounds sterling)

    The prices given on Connect Seychelles tariff list are subject to change owing to the fluctuation in currency values which may vary from the time of printing of this list- valid for a year, and the actual date of the visitors's stay in Seychelles.
    The money of reference to calculate the rates are in rupees that fluctuate with the American dollars. The exact amount will be specified when confirming the reservation.
    Please note that all invoices in hotels and restaurant and restaurant are subject to 10% sales tax.

  • To guarantee a reservation, a 3 nights deposit for each hotel booked will be requested from the the client, a 50% deposit for a deep-sea fishing boat and dive, and for renting a car and a boat charter the deposit is minimum 3 days. Some members request total deposit amount for whole stay and this will be specified when confirming the reservation ( specially during high season).
    The balance will be directly settled with the hotel and their booked services.
    Any registration must be with a minimum settlement of:
  • 30% of the deposit of the tourist service booked, the day of the reservation when the departure is more than 35 Days or the totality when required by the members

The following modes of payment are accepted: CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD) Bank transfer or Bank draft.

You will print yourself a credit card authorisation form when printing your Reservation Form once the booking has been firmly confirmed.

Please note that Connect Seychelles will not be held  responsible for any bank fees supplement that certain Banks (especially in France) are debiting from the clients accounts for any payment made by credit cards that are paid in Seychelles.
Please not this does not apply when making payments through Paypal  
    Unless agreed upon with the tourist service entity, any changes in a confirmed booking will be considered as a cancellation and this will entail fees similar to a cancellation request, even if it may be a postponement to another date.
    The following conditions are exceptions and thus do not entail the payment of cancellation fees:
    • change due to an increase in the number of passengers
    • change accrueing additional costs in ground services (replacement of a half board by full-board, or a standard room by a superior category room)
    Any other changes which do not fall inot the two above-described category will be considered as a cancellation and will be billed according to paragraph 5.Cancellation fees below.


Any cancellation must be communicated to the booking agent by e-mail, fax or by phone. The following fees will be charged to the client:

  • 30% of the deposit if the cancellation occurs between the date of reservation from 40 to 25 days before the departure. Except during high season where full payment may be requested
  • 100% of the deposit if the cancellation occurs within 25 days before departure date or in case of no show
  • Please note that those conditions does not apply to International flights booking, cancelation policy will depend on the flight compagny terms and conditions which client has been booked on.
  • Following situation due to Corona Virus, clients who are not able to travel will be propose to postpone their travel dates, in case clients wish to proceed with refund, 5% file fee will be applicable. (Cancelation fee can apply depending on date of cancelation).



    Connect Seychelles advises you to get a travel insurance covering (cancellation fees and medical treatment in Seychelles) for your trip. The insurance becomes active from the date of purchase (for cancelation fee) and is valid  until the last day of travel.

            AFTER-SALES SERVICE     

            Should there be something amiss observed regarding the booking, travellers are requested to transmit

            within 30 days after their return from their trip, all appertaining documents to Connect Seychelles

            Reservations, who will inquire with local providers concerned. Beyond this time limit, Connect Seychelles  

            Reservations, which only provides a booking service, will not entertain any complaint.  


  2.  The traveller is expected to draw the attention of the booking agent as to his/her physical capacity to travel,e.g., pregnancy, physical disability, health problems. In this case, a discharge of responsibilities can be signed with the booking agent. Connect Seychelles advises you to get a travel insurance before, during and after your trip

  3. Each Traveller is held responsible for all customs and Seychelles formalities European Reservation will not be held responsible for the non-presentation of documents or papers invalidate the travel.

You are on the Home Page – You can shop around all the islands of Seychelles and then start your final choice by Choosing your first visiting island location (exemple Mahe ) then select your hotel categorie in terms of your choice and budget and enter your date of arrival – Either « avaibilities » or « requested » will appear and before reserving you can click on prices to have the real price for the period and cetagory of room requested.
      2. If you decide to book, click on “booking” and the confirm your room category (exemple Single room basis 1 person – Double room basis 2 persons – Triple Room Basis 3 persons - Quadriple room basis 4 persons and then your accommodation basis (Ep-B/B –MAP-Full Board. Confirm in your basket and you will have the total amount for each reservation
      3. If you wish to confirm your booking,please click on”Register” once your basket contain all hotels reservation needed and the fill in the Reservation Form.
      4. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation immediately telling you the state of your reservation in order to facilitate the exchange of our correspondance Within 24 hours you will received a fully detail proposals by e-mail confirming the state of your reservation (except sunday and public holidays).
      5. You will then - Once you have accepted our proposals and conditions you will be ask to complete the reservation form duly signed, by indicating the mode of payment and to be return to us by E-mail, Fax or by Post. We will then proceed to the payment for the first deposit if it is more than 35 days before departure or full payment within 35 days. Once we have the full payment you will then received all your travel documents and vouchers by post or by email
